BOOM: Fox News Just CRUSHED Woke Competition in Ratings

The ratings for October just came in. As could be predicted given how things are going at the now constantly reorganizing CNN and the oft-mocked and much-derided MSNBC, Fox News Channel won out.

That shouldn’t be a surprise to most given the huge popularity of Tucker Carlson among members of the Online Right, along with the critical mass of viewership and resulting massive outperformance of Gutfeld’s programs with a more normal audience.

But what might be a surprise, or at least more of one, is that Fox News Channel didn’t just beat its leftie rivals. Rather, it crushed them. The closest comparison might be to say it was Trump vs, “Jeb!” Bush all over again, only this time with Greg Gutfeld, Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and Jesse Watters destroying hacks like Joy Reid, Rachel Maddow, and Brian Stelter rather than Trump punching down on the soft Bush from Florida.

Fox News Digital, reporting on how well its cable division did in the month of October, noted that it didn’t just beat CNN and MSNBC individually, but actually beat the combined results of both, saying:

Fox News Channel finished October as the most-watched cable network among total day viewers for the 20th straight month, crushing CNN and MSNBC viewership combined among key categories.

Continuing, the article then went on to drop its cards on the table and give the proof of FNC’s domination of CNN and MSNBC by providing the ratings numbers, saying:

Fox News averaged 1.5 million total day viewers, while no other networks cracked the one-million viewer benchmark. ESPN finished second with 885,000 average total viewers, followed by 751,000 for MSNBC and a gloomy 533,000 for CNN.

During the primetime hours of 8-11 p.m. ET, Fox News averaged 2.3 million viewers compared to 1.2 million for MSNBC and only 624,000 for CNN. It was CNN’s smallest monthly primetime audience of the year.

Continuing, the same article then went on to note how well some of the best performing FNC programs did when compared with their competitor programs at the leftie outlets, saying:

“The Five” averaged 3.4 million viewers to finish as the most-watched show on cable news for the seventh-straight month

“Tucker Carlson Tonight” averaged 3.3 million viewers to finish second, followed by “Jesse Watters Primetime,” “Hannity,”…

MSNBC’s top program was “The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell,” which finished No. 14 among cable news programs. The most-popular program on ratings-challenged CNN was the “The Lead with Jake Tapper,” which finished No. 24 overall.

Jake Tapper…managed only 691,000 averaged viewers

And what might be the best news for the network is that it’s not just older people that are watching it. Younger people in the coveted ad demographic (25-54) are as well, particularly Tucker’s show:

“Tucker” averaged 470,000 viewers among the advertiser-coveted demographic of adults age 25-54 to win the critical category as Fox News programs made up the entire top 15.

So, FNC is dominating. Tucker goes viral pretty much every night and brings in a younger audience. Gutfeld is crushing it and bringing in record audiences. The other hosts, even if not as popular as those two, still dominate CNN. Impressive, very nice.
