Boom: Dr. Oz Surging In Polls, Closes Gap Against Stroked-Out John Fetterman

With as much tepid enthusiasm as I can muster, I am happy to report that John Fetterman’s chances of being elected continue to dwindle. That’s the good news. In some respects, that’s the only news. Fetterman is unfit, unqualified, and a disaster in the making for this country if he’s elected. We do not need anymore Democrats in the upper chamber.

As unlikeable, concerning, and squishy as Dr. Mehmet Oz seems, at least he isn’t his opponent. As a friend of sorts with Trump, there is at least the possibility that his presence in the Senate would do more good than harm, particularly when it comes to imagining a rubber-stamping fool like Fetterman.

So there’s that. And it’s worth celebrating. I don’t necessarily want Oz, but I DEFINITELY don’t want Fetterman. I mean, this is the guy that announced he was John “Fetterwoman” in a disgusting appeal to the female vote. It’s likely he couldn’t even define what a woman is anyways.

As Fox News reports, we appear to be moving in that direction:

An AARP poll released Wednesday indicates Pennsylvania’s Senate race is tightening as Election Day approaches.

Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz is trailing Democratic candidate Lt. Gov. John Fetterman 48% to 46%, which is within the margin of error of 4.4 percentage points, the poll of likely voters found.

Approximately 4% of respondents were undecided, and approximately 2% were planning to vote for a third party. The poll was run by Republican-aligned firm Fabrizio Ward and Democratic company Impact Research.

There is also the prospect of a debate on October 25th. As of now, Fetterman has agreed to a single live televised debate to be featured across the state. If the polls are close now, I don’t see how he gains a single admirer by talking spontaneously and extemporaneously in front of a much more practiced and polished Oz. Right? Hopefully?

Then again, never count the GOP out of throwing their own victories. If anyone can turn people off, it’s Oz. The former television personality has a sordid past of sponsoring the transgender movement early on and doesn’t seem to care much for cultural issues as the rest of the base. But again, he isn’t Fetterman. The Kathy Barnette ship has sailed and the best we can hope for in 2022 is “Not Fetterman.” Let’s revisit this Pennsylvania seat in 2028.

Currently, John Fetterman is relying on help from the once-likable Paull Rudd. The ahh-shucks shtick was good for a career in Hollywood, but he’s the latest buffoon to reveal his horrific worldview. How anyone can look at Democrats and say “this is my team” and especially at Fetterman and say “this is my guy” loses all my respect.
