A young British man stood among a crowd of onlookers, mourners, and other countrymen during a memorial prcession with the Queen’s coffin and royal family in tow. As a disgraced Prince Andrew walked by, the young man shouted something that let to his beatdown and then arrest.
First, here is the moment where the man exercised his right to speech – and where police allowed him to be unnecessarily abused by other countrymen.

“Andrew, you’re a sick old man!”
As the video shows, upon shouting those few words he is summarily tossed about by two larger guys before police make their way to pull him away. While detained, one journalist was able to ask a simple question about his motives. The response should be a universal sentiment:

“That powerful men shouldnt be allowed to commit sexual crimes and get away with it.”
Those defending his arrest say he chose a poor time and place; that the recent death of Queen Elizabeth II wasn’t the opportune moment to engage in dialogie related to Andrew’s many concerning connections to Jeffrey Epstein and other dark deeds.
Maybe not, but when is it a good time? The Queen obviously knew something, otherwise she wouldn’t have taken the drastic steps to strip Andrew of patronages and titles. As Yahoo! News wrote:
Queen Elizabeth stripped Prince Andrew, 62, of his royal patronages and military titles in January after Virginia Giuffre filed a lawsuit against him in which she alleged Jeffrey Epstein forced her to have sex with the Duke of York when she was 17.
Andrew and Giuffre reached an out-of-court settlement for an undisclosed amount in February 2022, and he has largely stayed out of the public eye since then.
Royals don’t just suffer the public humility of being ceremonially stripped of titles. Young girls were allegedly abused for decades, and we’re supposed to be good with a family member losing a few titles? And to top it all off, we’re supposed to be quiet for a mourning period of someone who most likely helped cover it all up?
If the Queen truly cared about the issue of underage trafficking of girls, she would have released names. Instead, she privately settled with a single victim to keep her quiet.
An equally disturbing aspect of this entire episode, in addition to nothing ever coming from both the Epstein and Maxwell arrests and countless accounts from alleged victims, but the fact that speech is so thoroughly policed by the State. This young man was in public, spoke to a public official, and because his speech made the royal officials look silly and stupid was quickly detained. How many times was Donald Trumop heckled, called names, ritually abused by media and citizen entities alike?
It’s at once disturbing that this happens at all, and then doubly so wqhen considering that these measures are applied only ever in one direction.
