This week marked 21 years since the attacks on the World Trade Center, and essentially the world hasn’t been the same since. 2977 people lost their lives at ground zero, including civilians and many first responders. While it seems our nation has lost the unity we experienced post 9/11, we still stop every year and pay homage and remember the lives lost in the worst terror attack on American soil.
Unfortunately, some Democrats have cheapened the memory of 9/11 with hyperbolic comparisons to January 6. A completely shameful and disrespectful comparison, but that’s what the Democratic party is in 2022.
Recently one of the Dems finest far lefties issued a tweet commemorating the 2996 people who died on 9/11. That’s right, that’s a slightly higher number than before. What gives? Let’s get the details from Breitbart:
Far-left Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) included the 9/11 hijackers among “those who lost their lives” on that fateful day 21 years ago.
Though 2,977 people were killed in the attacks on September 11, 2001, Jayapal added an extra 19 to her commemorative death toll in a tribute on her Instagram and Twitter, bringing the number up to 2,996. Jayapal deleted the tweet and edited her Instagram after the immediate backlash.

This is not ok! The terrorists that took down the towers do not get a mention or a memorial, and there is no good excuse to do it.
We have an elected Democrat so tone deaf, so bent on pushing their own agenda that she disgraces the memory of all of the lives lost by even suggesting that the hijackers should be acknowledged, Just gross.
“Today we remember every life lost on that tragic day 21 years ago and all those who lost their lives while serving our country in the forever wars that followed,” she wrote. “At the same time, we must acknowledge the climate of hate that our Arab, Muslim, Sikh, and other immigrant communities have had to endure.”

Nope, we don’t remember every life lost on 9/11, and for obvious reasons. You don’t get to lump other issues in with 9/11 either, such as a supposed climate of hate in the Arab and Muslim communities. The country was allowed to turn a suspicious eye for a short time, and it did, but it’s better than any time in history to be in America for most everyone except Americans.
“Today we must remember the communities right here at home that suffered so much — not only through the terrorist attacks that affected every American’s psyche, but also the hate, discrimination, and erosion of civil liberties they had to endure.”
Unless she is living in a different America, may I suggest South, then the erosion of civil liberties and hate and discrimination have spiked since old Brandon rolled into office with all of his progressive buddies.
And yet we still have people like her, and Joe Biden keeping their jobs. People think simply deleting a tweet or Instagram post will make a disgusting take like this go away. Nope. We see you; we know who you are, and we are keeping receipts for November.
