The Nightmares of September 11th 2001 Will Never Be Forgotten

Live long enough and one will see ghosts in daydreams, night dreams and nightmares too. Twenty-one years since the horrific attack on the World Trade Center has seen the survivors handle it in their own way, holding on to the happiest memories of life as it was before nineteen Islamic jihadi terrorists crashed jets into the Twin Towers. Over the course of these years, sometimes too, the ghosts of those loved ones murdered on September 11th 2001 have cried out to many in nightmares hurting them at the very core of their mind and soul, and still, a good portion of America, the conservative and Christian Americans, will fight to keep their memory alive forever, just as we will fight today against those who hate America and would see Her destroyed.
I remember walking into the break room and looking up at one of several televisions in the room just in time to see Flight 11 strike the North Tower. I asked one of my friends, “What movie is this” only to hear his immediate response, “This is real, man”. And I knew immediately that this wasn’t any accident, especially as the second jet, Flight 175, hit the South Tower approximately seventeen minutes later and hot tears of anger welled up in my eyes.
As much as it was an attack against Western civilization and Christianity, it was an attack against everything https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/GPO-911REPORT/pdf/GPO-911REPORT.pdf it means to be American, quite similar to the manner in which America is now attacked by Her resident Marxists and Maoists within the Democratic Party.
Even with all the current madness of the Biden regime unfolding in the country, it doesn’t make anyone who has ever lost a loved one stop thinking of that loss. No one has ever really forgotten this day of terror, panic and the trepidation that followed, and neither have they forgotten the 2,977 Americans https://www.911memorial.org/learn/resources/911-primer/module-1-events-day who were murdered by acts of Islamic terrorism at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and the desolate field in Stony Creek, Pennsylvania, near Shanksville.
Who can possibly erase the image of ‘The Falling Man’ as he was captured https://www.cbsnews.com/news/richard-drew-on-photographing-the-falling-man-on-911/ on film by photographer Richard Drew, head down and knee bent, falling without any apparent panic over his impending death?
A steady procession of people leaped from the North Tower, through windows they broke themselves. They either had to jump to escape the smoke and flames or they jumped as ceilings collapsed on top of them and floors gave way under them, hoping for just a few more moments of precious air and precious life, holding death at bay for as long as possible. For more than an hour and a half, frightened people jumped from above 100 stories and all four sides of the towers, one after another, as they gathered the courage to take that final plunge to their deaths.
Many prayers to God went to the Heavens that morning, for the souls of these poor innocent people caught in so dastardly a thing and the blazing inferno that ensued.
Americans have the agonizing images of the horrible and unimaginable calamity of September 11th seared into their minds and hearts. We never forgot the lives so brutally and callously cut short, the children who lost mothers and fathers, and the sorrow that followed; and, we clearly remember the depths of inhumanity to which these Islamic terrorists are willing to sink, as we ring the bells, read the names, and honor our dead.
September 11th, 2001 forced the majority of Americans to understand that America must gather the strength and courage to stop Islam’s violent ascendancy and expansion, at home and abroad, by driving their “Holy warriors” into the ground, killing them, and even their families, until they grow weary of death and make war no more, if that is the only way to end their insanity.
Today, those Americans who once relaxed in self-assured idealistic innocence and a notion of America’s invincible nature, they lost a certain balance in their lives that they’ve never been able to recover. It’s hard for anyone to completely accept that real evil exists in this world, so diabolical and pure it nearly defies any real explanation. It simply exists and it always has.
And throughout the history of mankind, there hasn’t been an ideology any more evil than Islam, that has left millions of dead https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2014/05/the_greatest_murder_machine_in_history.html in its wake over the past fourteen centuries, because they resisted Mohammed and refused to submit to his false construct that he named “Allah”.
There isn’t much of anything else more angering and sickening than to hear self-righteous so-called “christians” with their false piety, who have bought the heresy of moral relativism, suggesting that America must coexist with Islam, as they rebuke us for hating the ideology of Islam that has been the bane of humanity since its creation — Islam and its miserable, evil death-dealing Sharia law, that demands a person’s life for the slightest of unjustifiable reasons and an infraction that’s next to nothing.
God commands Christians to hate evil just as He does in the Bible.
No apologies should ever be made for hating something, because certain people, activities and ideologies have full well earned any and all hatred directed towards them.
On this September 11th, the battle between good and evil rages on, as recently noted by the apprehension of eighty-one Muslims https://nypost.com/2022/08/30/abbott-81-suspects-on-terror-watchlist-found-at-border-in-biden-era/ at our southern border who are on the terror watch list, since Joe Biden took the White House. To assume the current lull in Islamic terror attacks against America over the past few years indicates that the leaders of Islam across the globe are no longer interested https://rairfoundation.com/seek-and-destroy-cair-brags-they-are-targeting-and-destroying-america-video/ in doing great harm to America https://www.foreignaffairs.com/articles/middle-east/2021-11-04/wars-within-islam-are-not-overis great folly. Make no mistake. Islam still remains one of the growing number of existential threats that America faces today, as we now must also include the amerikkan Communists of our nation in that category, along with Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam and the Muslim-Americans who marched and burned American cities with Black Lives Matter and Antifa over the past five years, chanting “Allahu Akbar”.
Americans have been eyewitnesses to Islam’s evil, soulless savagery. We know that most Muslims would destroy the West and kill all who refuse to bow and submit to Islam and Allah, if they could, even as far too many in America continue to advance the lie today that Islam is “a religion of peace” when it is https://www.salon.com/2015/04/04/islam_is_not_a_religion_of_peace_ayaan_hirsi_ali/ anything but “peaceful”. Those who deny that Islam is an evil ideology do so for anti-American political reasons, as we often see from representatives Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), or they are true simple-minded idiots.
In addressing the Islamic apologists of America shortly after the September 11th attack, Oriana Fallaci, renown journalist, asked:
“Who is next http://indiafacts.org/understanding-islam-perspective/ now that the ‘idols’ of Bamiyan [the twin Buddhas in the Bamiyan Valley of Afghanistan] have been blown up like the Twin Towers? The other Unfaithful who pray to Vishnu or Shiva, Brahma, Krishna, Annapurna? … Do they hate only Christians and Buddhists, those voracious sons of Allah, or do they aim to subjugate our whole planet?
The answer would be forthcoming soon as we saw the rise of the Islamic State that very nearly decimated all of Iraq and Syria as it waged war for the supremacy of all Islam with the tacit support of Iran and Turkey, as Saudi Arabia played all sides.
Does one really need to go through the long list of Islamic terror attacks America suffered after September 11th 2001 to drive home the point? San Bernardino https://www.nytimes.com/2015/12/05/us/tashfeen-malik-islamic-state.html, Orlando, Chattanooga, Boston anyone? Ft Hood?
And for those so-called experts who now say that the Taliban, Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah and other Islamic terror groups can no longer possibly harm us as they did on September 11th, we should all make note of the fact that no one ever envisioned that jet airliners would be used as Muslim terrorists’ instruments of death against us. However, September 11th brought a new visual reality, as officials sworn to protect America were forced to stare into a vast, smoking pit scooped out of lower Manhattan.
“Love conquers all” seems to be the current catch-phrase of the day. Really? Someone should tell that to the leaders of the Taliban in Afghanistan or the Ayatollah Khomenie of Iran and Islamic leaders across the globe from Nigeria to Indonesia and on to Somalia.
In her book ‘The Rage and the Pride’, penned in 2002, Oriana Fallaci tells https://www.amren.com/news/2019/06/oriana-fallaci-islam-europe-christianity/ of an ecclesiastical advisory council meeting at the Vatican in 1999 to discuss worldwide relations between Christianity and Islam, during which Archbishop Giuseppe Bernardini reported highly regarded Islamic theologian offended many in attendance by stating:
“By means of your democracy we shall invade you, by means of our religion we shall dominate you.”
Further adding:
Dealing with them is impossible. Attempting a dialogue, unthinkable. Showing indulgence, suicidal. And, he or she who believes the contrary is a fool. The moment you give up your principles, and your values, you are dead, your culture is dead, your civilization is dead. Period.”
Then-national security adviser Condoleezza Rice repeatedly stated https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2017/09/america_remembers_september_11_the_depths_of_inhumanity.html, “if you were in the White House that day … every day since has been September twelfth.  And your great fear is that it may be September tenth.”
America is living out the consequences of its failures that were initiated by the closing of Ellis Island, the passage of the Immigration Act of 1965 and numerous other policies that gave way to improper vetting channels or no channels at all for taking in new immigrants. Under Biden, the rules and laws have been tossed and it’s a free for all along the Southern Border.
Even with American Laws for American Courts passing in many state legislatures, a significant number of Marxist/Maoist Cancel Culture states see no conflict between the Constitution and allowing Sharia law to be considered https://www.billionbibles.org/sharia/america-sharia-law.html in American courts. This is unconscionable given Sharia Law is antithetical to every American principle in existence and our Inalienable God-given Rights. If any “Americans” can condone Sharia Law in cooperation with Marxist tenets within the United States of America, in the name of tolerance, understanding and pluralism, pray tell exactly why did we send so many of our sons and daughters off to fight Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Saddam, Bin Laden and Omar? Why did we spend so much blood and treasure in Korea and Vietnam and send soldiers, such as Seal Team Six, to kill and die in wars against the enemies of freedom, of democracy and of civilization?
I loathe those Muslims and their apologists and sympathizers who advocate the spread of Sharia Law across the entire U.S. and the Biden regime which has appointed https://www.trtworld.com/magazine/meet-the-south-asian-and-muslim-americans-in-biden-s-cabinet-43367 scores of Muslims to top positions in the government, just as America witnessed under the Obama administration with Dalia Mogahed as his top advisor and Harold Koh, head of the Legal Counsel at the U.S. State Department.
Are American virtues and principles only valid in certain cases, with certain nations only? Aren’t Islamic tyrannies as unacceptable as the communist and fascist tyrannies? Haven’t Americans had enough of this duplicity, ambiguity and hypocrisy?
I reject tyranny in all forms, whether it rears its head here in our own society and government or abroad. And I do not respect or tolerate those who do not respect or tolerate us. I could care less about Islamic culture, so long as they hold so much contempt for ours, speaking in the sense of traditional America and our freedoms and liberties, for to be sure, as things stand today with the Marxist/Maoist Cancel Culture desire to eradicate the Founding, the immoral LGBTQ Movement and the Thug Nation counterculture, there is much to hold in contempt and disgust.
Like love, hate belongs to one’s human nature — to Life — and it cannot be forbidden by some article of some penal code or illegitimate statute that violates one’s conscience. It can be judged, viewed adversely or condemned, but only from a moral perspective. I have the right to love whom I want, and by that same token, I also has the right to hate whomever I choose, especially those who hate me.
I hate those anti-American, pro-Islam bastards such as Biden, Obama and Hillary. I hate the bin Ladens, the Zawahiris and the kamikazes and suicide bombers and other cowardly bombers who blow my fellow countrymen to bits. I do hate the bastards who smear the facades of our churches and urinate on the altars or burn the churches to the ground. I hate those like Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Maxine Waters, Cori Bush and many others, along with George Soros and his ilk, the Clowards and the Pivens, their accomplices, those Putin, Xi, Maduro and Ali Khamenei sympathizers and the domestic enemies and traitors who sell America out to the enemy. I hate them all just as I have always hated those who would murder our freedom and individual liberty, as is my sacrosanct right and my sacrosanct duty.
The days of our lives so often rush past us like a torrential waterfall and before we realize it, years are gone in the blink of an eye, leaving us only memories, however good or bad. And September 11th 2001 bears some of the worst memories Americans still hold in our hearts and minds, a morning that started magnificently, clear and beautiful that was soon transformed into a morning that forced all America to see thousands of their countrymen die the most horrific deaths, unthinkable and beyond one’s imagination at the time.
I haven’t forgotten the burning towers, their collapse and the newscasts exhibiting the black, grey and white clouds of smoke amid mangled masses of steel and flesh and so many thousands of survivors covered in white ash and choking, chalky dust, the ashy, burnt remains of people incinerated by flames that burned for days.
So many millions of Americans, true patriots of the country, will share their remaining grief, on the 21st anniversary of this monstrous attack against America in a few days, with some feeling their grief just as fresh as though September 11th 2001 was only yesterday. They will grieve together as a people who will never forget the tragedy they experienced that morning. They will grieve for all the good and decent Americans, friends and family members taken from them this day, as they wish and pray that every single second they’ve missed with them could be restored.
I remember. I have not forgotten.
