Marjorie Taylor Greene mocked Joe Biden in public statement, White House gets involved

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene mocked Joe Biden in public statement on Twitter. She told Joe Biden to “Go to hell” and had some other choice words in her statement. She has appeared to talk poorly of the student loan forgiveness, despite the fact that she apparently had $183,504 in PPP loans forgiven, taking a very large handout for herself but talking bad about others receiving similar treatment.

Along with the remark Greene made on Twitter, she also shared a video of Biden saying that he did not respect MAGA Republicans. In the clip the president said: “I don’t respect these MAGA Republicans.” Greene accused Biden in her response, of allowing drugs into the country by leaving the border “wide open,” arming the Taliban and supporting the genital mutilation of children, reported.

“I don’t respect you for leaving our border wide open allowing an invasion & deadly drugs in daily. Arming the Taliban, wrecking our economy, killing our energy independence, & supporting killing the unborn & genital mutilation of children. Go to hell Joe,” she wrote.

The entire clip of Biden’s comments was shared by journalist Aaron Rupar, in which Biden said that he respected conservative Republicans but that he did not respect MAGA Republicans. “There are not many real Republicans anymore. By the way, your sitting governor, he’s a Republican you can deal with … I respect conservative Republicans. I don’t respect these MAGA Republicans,” said the president.

When Biden made the comments, he was speaking at a Democratic fundraiser in Bethesda, Md. according to NBC News. Also, it was noted by the president that the MAGA philosophy is “like semi-fascism.” “What we’re seeing now is the beginning or the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy. It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the, I’m going to say something, it’s like semi-fascism,” Biden said.

After Biden announced that most Americans trying to pay off university loans will get $10,000 forgiven, Greene has repeatedly attacked the president. “For our government just to say ok your debt is completely forgiven.. it’s completely unfair,” said Greene. In a response from the official Twitter account for the White House, it was noted that the congresswoman “had $183,504 in PPP loans forgiven,” making Marjorie Taylor Greene faces calls of being a hypocrite.

Recently, Greene also revealed that she would be “honored” if former President Donald Trump asked her to be his running mate if he wins the Republican Party’s presidential nomination in 2024, per report.

“Well you know what I think if he asked me I would definitely give that some strong consideration. I love [former] President Trump. I never, I never hide that fact. I think he’s wonderful. I have a great relationship with him. I talk to him frequently. I’m so thankful for him and his family, as we all are, and I defend him all the time. I swear I would fight for that man because he fought for us and that’s the kinda president we need back. And if he were to ask me, of course, I would be honored,” said Greene.
