BOOM: Conservative Actor SLAMS Soros-Funded DA Over Murder of Two El Monte Police Officers

Recently, two police officers were murdered in El Monte, California, murdered in an ambush shooting by a career criminal who should have been locked up.

Those two police officers were Michael Paredes and Officer Joseph Santana; both lost their lives in the line of duty after being ambushed  while trying to apprehend a suspect in El Monte, California

The man who suddenly opened fire on them, pulling the trigger and ambushing the LEOs, was Justin Flores. He’s a 35-year-old convict, a scumbag of guy who was on probation at the time of the incident for pleading no contest to a crime in 2020 of being a criminal in possession of a firearm.

And that’s not all. There were two other charges he should have been prosecuted for but wasn’t in connection with that 2020 firearm crime alone: one for being a convicted criminal in possession of ammunition, and another for possession of meth.

So a methhead who was known for being able to access weapons was turned back out on the street by a soft on crime, Soros-funded DA and two police officers paid for that weakness with their lives.

Well conservative actor James Woods absolutely ripped into Gascon, the Soros-funded DA, for that, saying:

Let’s put it as simply as we can. If George Gascon obeyed the law these two El Monte police officers would be alive today.

George Gascon has blood on his hands. Not only should he be recalled; he should be in prison. #RecallGascon

Commenting on what should have happened, For the Love of News reported that:

Flores should have been sentenced to three years in prison in accordance with California’s “three strikes” law. This law mandates that prosecutors take into account the criminal defendants’ prior records when making decisions regarding the prosecution of the case. Gascón, on the other hand, chose not to apply the “three strikes” statute, therefore Flores was given the light sentence of probation rather than the harsher penalty of a third strike. Liberal judges and District Attorneys are not just harming citizens but they’re also putting police officers in harm’s way.

Oh, and a court recently ruled that Gascon is not legally allowed to decline prosecuting those three strikes cases, saying:

“On the merits, we conclude the voters and the Legislature created a duty, enforceable in mandamus, that requires prosecutors to plead prior serious or violent felony convictions to ensure the alternative sentencing scheme created by the three strikes law applies to repeat offenders. The district attorney overstates his authority. He is an elected official who must comply with the law, not a sovereign with absolute, unreviewable discretion.”

But, in the case of Flores the methhead with a gun, that’s what happened, and the two police officers that he ambushed paid for their lives with it. Thus are the wages of Soros-funded DAs. And, as one prosecutor told Fox News, it’s all about politics:

“When George Gascón took office, he dictated blanket policies, ignored the law, disregarded evidence and facts, abandoned victims, and ordered his prosecutors to remove provable strikes, special circumstances, allegations and enhancements. George didn’t do that because of public safety or to reform the system or even because it was the right thing to do. He did it because of his own dangerous political beliefs.”
