BOOM: Elon Musk “Would Reverse The Ban” And Bring Donald Trump Back To Twitter (Watch)

Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter caused some intense meltdowns among leftists. It was glorious, and now the idea of Donald Trump’s reinstatement to the social media behemoth makes me salivate like a Pavlovian dog. I can’t help but anticipate the emotional carnage such a move would inspire among society’s dumbest people.

If Donald Trump returned to Twitter and simply tweeted “I’m back” it’s safe to say their faces would melt down their bodies like in Indiana Jones.

We all want it. And we just got one step closer.

In one of his most recent speaking engagements, Elon Musk Zoomed (I guess that’s a verb now) with a clearly hostile and brainwashed dope for an interview. Among the topics covered was the return of the former president to the soon-to-be-Musk-owned platform of Twitter.

Here is a short snippet of what will cause leftists to lose sleep. A longer four-minute response from Musk can be seen toward the end of the article.

“Banning Trump from Twitter didn’t end Trump’s voice. It will amplify it among the right. And this is why it’s morally wrong and flat out stupid.”

This perfect sound bite nails why leftists are children. When you play peekaboo with an infant and cover your face, they think you disappeared. How was the closing of eyes and wishfully thinking among the left that if they just banned Trump’s mean tweets things would be any different? They are children, all of them. Emotionally stunted and intellectually limited.

Of course banning Trump wasn’t going to be the end. And while Musk differs on his assessment of Truth Social’s validity and purpose, the final assessment is the same. The ban was wrong and the ban was stupid.

In a longer clip from the same interview, Musk can be seen diagnosing the real reason why he thinks Donald Trump should be back on the platform. In short, lifetime bans are harmful to free and open discourse. The prospering of ideas and allowing them to compete in the marketplace of thinking is what advances democracy, not cheap maneuvers of deplatforming.

Here is the full clip:

Musk might change his mind, he might not own Twitter (which was a bizarre statement), or something else might happen. But for now he is clearly planting the seeds of free expression. Below are a few of those statements:

I do think that it was not correct to ban Donald Trump. I think that was was a mistake…did not ultimately result in Donald Trump not having a voice; he’s now going to be on Truth Social..so I think this could end up being frankly worse than having a single forum where everyone can debate.

I would reverse the permanent ban. Obviously, I don’t own Twitter yet so this is not like a thing that will definitely happen because what if I don’t own Twitter? But my opinion…is that we should not have permanent bans.

Permanent bans fundamentally undermine trust in Twitter as a townsquare where everyone can voice their opinion.

It was a morally bad decision, to be clear, and foolish in the extreme.
