For anyone questioning how radical Joe Biden has shifted, or at least his handlers, look no further than his SCOTUS Nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.
The judge is so radical that you could check off every item on the most anti-God, anti-Americas’ list of must reform. She believes the U.S. was founded on racism, the Constitution is a flawed living document, white systemic racism exists, defends late-term abortion and the silencing of pro-life activists, etc.
In addition to her radical views, Judge Jackson is the first Supreme Court nominee to be selected explicitly because of her race and gender. President Joe Biden wrongly declared that his first nominee would have to be a black woman, thereby rejecting 94% of the U.S. population. This overt discrimination against other candidates, excluding people because of their immutable attributes, makes her choice unconstitutional from the get-go.
Her beliefs were revealed in a recently unearthed lecture delivered to the University of Michigan Law School — not as a young student, but as a sitting federal judge in 2020, confirmed a year later to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
In what many have protested, the U.S. Senate confirmation process has functioned more as a formality, that a true advise and consent responsibility executed by the senators.
Thus Judge Jackson’s radical beliefs escaped close scrutiny in previous confirmations, but the hope this time is that because the Supreme Court defines the central principles of our republic, and its nominees invariably receive more careful attention, and if unfit to serve, are denied their place on the highest court of the land.
There are pending cases about racial discrimination that Judge Jackson would hear as a Supreme Court justice, and therefore it is important to investigate her views on these topics closely.
Judge Jackson’s lecture in Michigan tells us a lot: “Black Women Leaders in the Civil Rights Movement Era and Beyond.”
Her remarks, delivered in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, were that black women have often led the fight for equal rights in the United States — the fight to ensure the nation was faithful to its founding principles.
What is alarming is that Jackson in her speech cited Critical Race Theory, and its founder, Derrick Bell, as a source of inspiration. Bell’s basic thesis was that America is fundamentally racist and that racism is enshrined in all of our institutions since the Constitution was drafted at a time when black people could be enslaved.
To Bell, only the adoption of socioeconomic rights, through which the state would radically redistribute private wealth, could America be saved from systemic racism.
Judge Jackson also cited the New York Times’ “1619 Project,” whose opening essay by Nikole Hannah-Jones falsely claimed that the American Revolution was fought to preserve slavery, making slavery the founding principle of the United States.
Furthermore, Judge Jackson said that her “favorite civil rights photograph of modern times” was that of a Black Lives Matter protester being arrested by police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 2016, at a march to express outrage against the shootings, by police, of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile.
What was missed by the mob was both men were allegedly armed when they were shot, regardless, the Black Lives Matter movement exploded in popularity, devastating cities nationwide.
In addition, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) is objecting to Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination because she has a ‘Pattern of letting child porn offenders off the hook’.
In a series of tweets detailing Judge Jackson’s rulings, interviews, articles, and speeches, Hawley called attention to the “alarming pattern when it comes to Judge Jackson’s treatment of sex offenders, especially those preying on children.”

While clerking for Justice Breyer, Judge Brown helped defend barbaric Partial-Birth Abortions in Stenberg v. Carhart. In that case, infamous abortionist LeRoy Carhart tried to hide behind the Constitution to block a Nebraska law banning cruel death.
If these are Judge Jackson’s influences, she has no place on the Supreme Court. We cannot have a Justice who believes the Constitution is racist; who believes America was founded on slavery or believes police are guilty until proven innocent.
Senator Hawley is expected to try to derail the confirmation, and I hope it is successful for the sake of our nation.
Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s views represent everything wrong with far-left activism. If she gets on the court, she will be a radical political hack from the bench, for many decades to come.
