Illegal Alien Murders Four Americans, Receives Four Life Sentences

After decades of living in the former Golden State, I still have not been able to get a straight answer for the hyper open-borders activists out here. I have asked them, how many American citizens have to be injured or killed by illegal aliens before they would support securing the border?

To me, it is not acceptable that our government will allow one American citizen to be negatively affected by their collective dereliction of duty, required in the U.S. Constitution and listed out in U.S. Code.

1907. TITLE 8, U.S.C. 1324(A) OFFENSES

Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3).

CNN reported back on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, that the “undocumented immigrant” referenced by President Donald Trump during his pitch for building the wall on the southern US border, was charged with killing four people in Nevada.

President Donald Trump had recently cited the killings and two others in a tweet in support of building a wall on the southern US border.

“Four people in Nevada viciously robbed and killed by an illegal immigrant who should not have been in our Country,” the President tweeted Monday. “We need a powerful Wall!”

Wilber Ernesto Martinez-Guzman,19, an illegal alien from El Salvador, was arrested on January 19th. He was arraigned on 36 charges of burglary, possession of stolen property, and obtaining money by false pretenses.

Prosecutors said he was found with weapons and other items stolen from the homes of the four victims. His victims included 56-year-old Connie Koontz, 74-year-old Sophia Renken, 81-year-old Gerald David, and his 80-year-old wife, Sharon David.

Martinez-Guzman had been working as a landscaper at a landscaping company in the area and had done work at the Davids’ home, along with the homes of Koontz and Renken. He was not hired directly by the Davids, Koontz, or Renken.

In January 2019, days after New Year’s, Martinez-Guzman stole a handgun from the Davids. Police said Martinez-Guzman used the handgun to then murder Koontz and Renken, whom he robbed for drug money, before returning to the Davids’ home to murder them as well.

In November 2021, Martinez-Guzman finalized his guilty pleas.

Last Friday, the admitted murderer’s sentencing was finalized. He received four life sentences without the possibility of parole as well as 214 years in prison.

The state of Nevada had sought the death penalty against Martinez-Guzman, but the convicted murderers’ defense argued that he was “mentally disabled” and thus ineligible for the death penalty.

District attorneys from both counties involved issued the following joint statement following the conclusion of sentencing hearings.

The conclusion of this case means that Wilber Ernesto Martinez Guzman will never be free to terrorize any community,” district attorneys in Washoe County and Douglas County said in a statement. “We are deeply grateful to the victim’s families for their unwavering support and courage.”

Some will say that justice was served, but for the family members surviving these senseless murders, Wilber Ernesto Martinez Guzman should have never been in the country, thus he would have not committed the crimes.

I agree and will continue to work towards stopping all illegal immigration, ending payments for those working in the USA, and deporting 100 percent of non-citizens in our nation.
