Trump’s Approval Rating Continues to Climb, Now Higher than When He Left Office

As Brandon does a worse and worse job as president, his obvious incompetence and mishandling of issues more than making up for whatever grace voters showed him early on, former President Trump is rising in the polls.

In fact, according to a Rasmussen poll that was released on Thursday, former President Trump is now viewed positively by more than half of the American populace.

As that poll reports:

Nearly a year after former President Donald Trump left office, many voters still view him favorably, while Democrats consider most of his supporters to be racists.

A new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports finds that 52% of Likely U.S. voters have a favorable impression of Trump, including 33% who have a Very Favorable view of him. Forty-seven percent (47%) of voters view Trump unfavorably, including 38% who have a Very Unfavorable impression of the former GOP president. These findings almost exactly reflect the final job approval ratings for Trump in January 2021. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

That 52% number is actually higher than when he left office in January of 2021, when it was down to 51%, indicating that the former president is starting to make a bit of a comeback with the average American, likely because of the terrible job Brandon is doing.

And while Trump is rising, Brandon is falling. His dismal, depressing presidency has pushed the number of Americans that still support him ever lower, now somewhere in the high thirties or low forties. Kamala has a similarly low approval rating.

Further, despite Democrat attempts to slander him, Trump is still viewed well by the overwhelming majority of Republicans.

Among that demographic, the Washington Examiner reports, “85% have a favorable view, with 63% declaring a “very favorable” opinion.

Even better for Trump is that many independents and Democrats, normally no friends of his, support him now.

Again according to the Washington Examiner, “Even 23% of Democrats and 51% of independents” have a favorable view of Trump.

On top of all that is that many Americans don’t think Brandon will have a second term.

Whether because they’re warming back up to Trump, viewing Biden’s continued collapse into senility with apprehension and revulsion, something else, or some combination thereof, Americans doubt they’ll see Brandon in the White House after 2024, and that’s if he even makes it to then!

As Just the News reports:

The latest ratings come as another Rasmussen survey published Thursday found that 28% of likely U.S. voters believe President Joe Biden will be reelected and 21% think he is likely to resign before 2024.

Even when the results are restricted to just Democrats, only 55% think Brandon will win another term in 2024.

Despite the best efforts of the Democratic Party and its agents in the MSM, Brandon isn’t supported by the average American and Trump is recovering in the polls. Let’s Go Brandon!
