Trump Gives His Endorsement for Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert for Re-Election

Soon, midterm elections are going to begin and we’re in for another year of crazy campaigns, mudslinging, conspiracy theories, and much more. Since we don’t have term limits, some of those ancient skeletons with skin practically melting off their faces, like you’d see in an Indiana Jones movie, are still going to be voted into office. Probably because the younger ones are a bunch of crazed, eye-popping communists disguised as Democrats and even my generation is getting sick of it.

Among some of the younger, fresher faces in the Republican party, Lauren Boebert is running for re-election to represent the third district of Colorado. Despite several “incendiary” remarks made by her of Rep. Ilhan Omar, Boebert has received a glowing endorsement from former President Donald J. Trump.

Here’s Lauren Boebert taking on the speaker of the house.

The real question that we have to ask ourselves is simply this; Is it a hindrance or a helping hand to have Trump’s endorsement? Don’t get me wrong, I’m as Republican as they come, but we can’t deny what’s clear. He has hurt some of the people he’s attempted to help with the bad publicity they already get in blue states. Even some red states have seen Trump endorsed candidates lose.

Being out of the limelight has begun to hurt Trump, especially since he’s banned on most social media and can’t really gain a constant and true following. That’s going to hurt him. The man won because he was able to build a connection with the working man and the middle class as well as the poor and the rich.

But now? No one in power seems to want to be seen with him, save for the few hangers on that aren’t afraid of losing advertisers or are rich enough that it won’t hurt them even if they do.

If Trump could win another election, I’d love for him to take office again. No matter what he tweeted or said, no matter what he did publicly, no matter his backing of the vaccine, or how his mouth ran away from him; his policies were exactly what I voted him into office for.

I believe if he were to be re-elected in 2024, he’d do just as great a job during the second term as I feel he did during the first term.

But look at how far the Democrats went to getting rid of Trump during the 2020 election. Do we really think they wouldn’t do it again? Is it worth the risk of what they’ll do to try and prevent it again? And if he runs again, or if we keep picking representatives he’s endorsed, do we run the risk of splitting our party the same way Perot split the Republicans and Independents in 1992?

The Democrats literally caught the country on fire, defunded police, tore down economies, spread false information about voters, told us all that the riots we saw were peaceful demonstrations, and convinced their voters that the vaccine under Trump would not be safe. After three fantastic years of growth in both jobs and economy, after reasserting the USA as a force to be reckoned with, the Democrats did everything in their power to convince the nation that the very fires they started were Trump’s fault.

Moderates, “independents”, and democrats who aren’t so progressive, fell for it. They bought the entire lie and now our country is collapsing beneath our feet with a massive spending bill on the table. A bill that is only being held up by a couple of Democrats who are facing constant pressure to buckle.

I understand where moral conservatives like Ben Shapiro are coming from. I do. We need to remain true to ourselves, our ethics, our morals, and our conscience. But Dennis Prager was the more accurate in ideals. Sometimes you have to vote for a guy like Trump (and even the other obnoxious loudmouths he endorses) to keep another Pelosi, Schumer, or Biden from gaining control.

During the 2016 election, Prager wrote A Response to My Conservative #NeverTrump Friends – The Dennis Prager Show.  In it he made several points that should have been made for 2020, too.

“I am interested in defeating the left and its party, the Democratic Party. The notion (expressed by virtually every #NeverTrump advocate) that we can live with another four years of a Democratic president is, forgive me, mind-boggling. To that end, with at least one, and probably multiple, additional leftists on the Supreme Court, a Republican presidential victory in 2020 would mean little. All the left needs is the judicial branch, especially the Supreme Court. Left-wing judges pass so many left-wing laws that they render those who control Congress, and even the White House, almost irrelevant.

He wasn’t wrong and he still isn’t. He won’t be wrong during the mid-terms, nor will he be during the 2024 Presidential elections. The democrats have to be defeated during midterms. We can’t take another 2 years of them running our country into the ground.
